Filling in a Report
Tap Inspection or MOT and the option will colour blue to confirm selection.
Tap a vacant field, a blinking cursor will display in the field and the keypad will be available for letter or number entries.
Tapping the 'Date' field will display the current date and calendar for convenient day and month selection.

G.V.2 Listings
Any of the code boxes can be tapped ant any time and they will scroll through from tick - N/A - X. On the third tap and 'New Fault' entry box will display. Select 'Fault Type'. If 'Repair Required' is selected a R will appear in the code box. Any text entered in Fault Detail box will display and be listed with other entries further down the report page where 'Action Taken' and 'Done By' can be filled in.
Tapping 'Nothing' will allow all G.V.2 boxes to be populated either with a tick or N/A. Invidual boxes can then be edited with a different selection as required.
